Producers provide us technical data which we use to compose a specifications sheet which outlines the make-up of the wine.

Most importantly, the wine has to provide the consumer with some entertainment. Our Corporate identity is derived from the tradition of the aristocracy in Medieval Europe to hire performers such as the Dancing Bear to amuse the members of their court.
