Dancing Bear Cellars' proprietary label wines are made by well-known winemakers using only the finest fruit from restricted growing areas or AVAs and the latest winemaking techniques. These small lot offerings give consumers access to special wines made by renowned winemakers at affordable prices. 2004 Chardonnay, Alexander Valley, CA

A full-bodied American Oak aged
Chardonnay with tropical fruit
flavors consisting of pineapple,
pear and vanilla that combine to
make an elegant wine which will
age gracefully. Will pair nicely with
seafood and vegetable dishes.
2005 Sauvignon Blanc, Columbia Valley, WA
This elegant Sauvignon Blanc hails from the Columbia Valley, Washington State's premier wine growing area. It offers a clean crisp beginning, hints of citrus, pear and melon in the mid-palate and a smooth finish that shows balance. It pairs well with a variety of lighter meats, seafood, and pastas.

2006 Shea Cuvee Pinot Noir, Mendocino, CA
This lush California Pinot is Dancing Bear Cellar's tenth bottling, designated Shea Cuvée, in memory of the founder’s two brothers-in-law, Danny and Joe Shea, who were killed on September 11th, 2001. Ten percent of the proceeds are being donated to the 9/11 Memorial Fund. They and the thousands of other brothers and sisters who perished that day will never be forgotten.

Full lush Cabernet with blackberry and other fruit on the nose, balanced mid-palate, and a smooth finish with good structure. This wine will get better with some bottle age and will drink beautifully with your lamb chops tonight!

2005 Zinfandel, Dry Creek, CA
Score: 87. "This easy drinking Zinfandel start off with heady, almost Port-like aromas of berries and spice, then continues that theme on the palate but with reasonable alcohol levels and moderate body. Chocolate, mixed berry and spice flavors trail away on the finish."
