Montecarbello

Montecarbello is located in the hills around the city of Siena, the Colli Sensei. The winery is surrounded by vineyards which
grow Sangiovese, the backbone of most Tuscan wines. Gianni Montecarbello is an affable and young man but also a very
experienced wine maker whose wines are well received both in Italy and abroad.

2003 Brunello di Montalcino

Winemaking, Vineyards & Growing Season:
The Brunello di Montalcino is aged for at least 3 years in
wooden barrels and then aged in the bottle for at least an
additional year.

The wine is a triumph of aromas and flavors. It is an exceptional wine, full bodied and sensuous.

2004 Tebaldo Sangiovese

Winemaking, Vineyards & Growing Season:
This wine is an IGT and has been aged in large wooden
barrels for at least 6 months. The wine is then aged for an
additional 10 months in the bottle.

The wine is an intense ruby red in color with a full bouquet of fruit, spices and wood. It is an intense and structured wine that works well with elegant meals.
